Privacy policy.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Finger Survival for Android and contact Atomic IT Studio for support. It covers the game and related support communications. Other studio games and services may have their own notices.
Who is responsible
Finger Survival is operated by Atomic IT Studio, based in Tunisia. Contact us about this policy, your information, or a privacy request at contact@atomicit.studio. Our studio website is https://atomicitstudio.com.
Your progress and settings
The game stores scores, recent runs, currency balances, unlocked items, selected characters and trails, preferences, rewards, challenge progress, purchase transaction markers, and your Remove Ads entitlement in its private storage on your device. Recovery copies help protect progress if a save is interrupted. These records let the game remember your progress and avoid granting a purchase more than once.
The game does not upload your complete save file to a studio-operated game server and does not use Play Games Saved Games to back up your progress. Core gameplay works without a game account or an internet connection. Optional Google Play Games and purchase services handle information separately, as described below.
Android or your device's backup service may separately back up or restore app data according to your device and account settings. Clearing the game's storage removes local saves and preferences, but a backup may restore them later.
On first launch, the game asks you to choose a broad age range or to prefer not to say. It does not ask for your date of birth. This choice is stored locally and is not sent by the game to Atomic IT Studio. It determines eligibility and age-protection flags for advertising. In Unity-based versions from 1.0.12, a separate advertising permission choice is also saved on your device. Neither choice is consent to personalized advertising. Device backup services may include these choices in app-data backups according to your settings.
Google Play Games and leaderboards
On Android, Finger Survival uses Google Play Games Services for automatic platform authentication and the Highest Score leaderboard, when those services are available. Manual sign-in retry is also available. The game submits your saved best score and can open Google’s leaderboard interface. Your gamer profile, player identifiers, submitted scores, and their visibility are handled according to your Play Games settings. Core gameplay remains available if authentication fails or you are offline.
Play Games may process service analytics, device information, and diagnostics to operate and protect its services. Finger Survival does not request friends lists, use nearby-player exchange, or upload your complete local save to Play Games. No separate Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Unity Analytics service is enabled by the game; advertising, purchasing, and platform SDKs may still process their own diagnostics and measurement data.
Advertising and privacy choices
Advertising depends on the installed version. Version 1.0.12 and later Unity-based releases use Unity LevelPlay mediation. Unity Ads supplies eligible rewarded videos, between-run interstitials and menu banners; ironSource Exchange is also enabled as a source for menu banners. Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform do not initialize in these Unity-based releases. Version 1.0.8 and other older AdMob-based installations use Google AdMob. Earlier builds may have included other mediation partners; removing an integration does not delete information a provider previously received.
Advertising supports the game. After the applicable age and permission checks, ads may load in advance even if you do not choose to watch a rewarded video. A between-run interstitial can become eligible after three completed runs; it depends on availability, Remove Ads ownership and the game's other frequency controls, and is suppressed after a rewarded-revive attempt in that run. Menu banners appear only when an eligible ad is available. The separate validation builds use official test advertising.
Before an eligible player can receive ads in Unity-based versions from 1.0.12, the game offers a separate Allow or Decline choice for advertising-related access to and storage of information on the device. The Unity advertising SDKs do not initialize before you allow this access or if you decline. Core gameplay remains available without allowing ads; rewarded-ad revives require an available ad. This choice does not authorize personalized advertising. The game requests nonbehavioral advertising, communicates no affirmative personalization consent, and sends a do-not-sell-or-share signal.
Unity's advertising services, including LevelPlay and ironSource Exchange, process information to deliver and measure ads, provide service functionality, produce diagnostics, and prevent fraud or abuse. Their documented processing includes IP addresses and approximate location, device and other identifiers, ad views and interactions, diagnostic information and, where applicable, personal identifiers and purchase history. Advertising partners can receive information for these purposes. Contextual advertising does not mean that no information is collected or shared. The game does not send your complete local save or support emails to advertising providers. Provider notices explain their processing and available rights.
In Unity-based versions from 1.0.12, Settings → Ad Privacy Choices lets you change or withdraw advertising permission and access Unity's privacy information. Withdrawal stops new game-initiated ad requests and hides banners. Restart the game to end the previously initialized SDK session; the SDK will remain uninitialized while permission is declined. Withdrawal does not delete data already processed. You can use the linked provider privacy-request routes to request access or deletion, and Android's advertising-ID and privacy controls remain available.
On older AdMob-based versions, Google's advertising services process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including advertising and app-set identifiers when available. These are used for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Google's User Messaging Platform checks whether a privacy message is required before advertising initializes and provides available consent and privacy-choice forms through Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Those older controls differ from the Unity-based version's separate permission choice.
Remove Ads is a permanent entitlement that suppresses menu banners and forced between-run interstitial advertising. Optional rewarded revives remain available when permitted and when an ad is available, and a reward requires successful completion. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not remove existing progress or purchases. Remove Ads does not delete information an advertising provider previously received.
Purchases
Where products are available, optional purchases use Google Play checkout through Unity In-App Purchasing. Google Play handles payment credentials and payment processing. The game does not ask for or store your full payment-card number.
The purchase flow handles product identifiers, signed purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, purchase status, and ownership information to validate purchases, deliver items, confirm completion, prevent duplicate rewards, and restore eligible purchases. The game records completed transaction markers and granted entitlements in its local save before confirming fulfillment. Google Play and Unity may retain transaction records for their service, security, accounting, and legal purposes.
Unity's purchasing service may process player, installation, and session identifiers, device information, and country information. The exact processing depends on the Unity IAP version and purchasing features in use. Finger Survival uses Google Play billing; it does not implement a separate studio card-checkout or webshop.
The game checks Google Play ownership of Remove Ads at startup and through Restore Purchases. Google Play ownership is authoritative for this permanent entitlement. Clearing local data does not erase Google Play's purchase history. Consumed currency packs, earned balances, and other local progress are not a cloud inventory and are not automatically restored on a new installation.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer you, investigate problems, and handle privacy or purchase-support requests. Our email service provider processes these communications to deliver and store them.
For a bug report, your device model, Android version, game version, and a description of the problem are usually enough. Send only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents unless a specific, proportionate verification step has been explained to you.
Why information is used and who receives it
Information is used to provide the game and purchases, remember preferences, show and measure advertising, provide support, prevent fraud, protect services, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on fulfilling the service you request, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting services, or a legal obligation, as appropriate to the activity. Consent-based processing is subject to withdrawal.
Recipients can include Google, Unity (including LevelPlay and ironSource Exchange), providers used by earlier builds where applicable, and the service providers needed to handle support and host our policy page. Advertising partners may act independently for some purposes, as their policies explain. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections and notice where required.
Depending on applicable law, disclosures to advertising partners may be treated as sharing or a sale of personal information for targeted advertising, even where no money is exchanged for the information. Use the available privacy choices or contact us about rights that apply to you. This policy does not mean that your email messages or complete local save file are supplied to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until you clear the game's storage or remove the app, subject to your device's backup and restoration settings. This can permanently remove earned or purchased currency and progress. Manage device backups separately if you also want to remove backup copies.
We retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, address related disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. When they are no longer needed, we delete them or remove identifying details. You can request earlier deletion where the law permits it.
Advertising, platform, and purchasing providers apply their own retention periods. Uninstalling the game or changing ad preferences does not automatically delete their existing records. Contact us for information we control, including requests we need to pass to a service provider acting on our behalf. For information a provider controls independently, use its linked privacy-request process.
To clear your local game data on Android, open Settings → Apps → Finger Survival → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage / Clear data. Names vary by device. This removes local progress and currency; manage your device backups separately.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Some rights have exceptions, including records required for legal obligations or fraud prevention.
Email contact@atomicit.studio with the subject “Finger Survival privacy request” and describe what you need. We may ask for limited information to locate the relevant records and verify the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. A privacy request does not require you to buy anything.
The game does not create a separate Atomic IT Studio player account. Google Play Games uses your Google-managed gaming profile. You can remove Finger Survival game data through Google Play Games or Google account controls; the linked Google instructions explain how. Deleting local app data does not itself delete Play Games scores or provider-held purchase and advertising records.
Younger players
Finger Survival is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over, and is not directed to children under 13. This intended audience is separate from the age rating assigned by an app store. Where local law requires parental permission or additional protection for a young person's information, those requirements still apply.
The age choices are under 13, 13–15, 16–17, 18 or older, and prefer not to say, with no age preselected. In Unity-based versions from 1.0.12, advertising SDKs do not initialize for players under 16, those who prefer not to say, or those who have not made an age choice. Players aged 16 or over are offered the separate advertising permission choice described above; those aged 16–17 retain restrictive age treatment. An age selection does not grant advertising permission or consent to personalized ads. Older AdMob-based versions block advertising for unknown, under-13 and undisclosed selections and apply the consent and advertising SDKs' protections to eligible teens. These controls do not declare the game child-directed.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Atomic IT Studio, contact contact@atomicit.studio so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Security, international processing, and links
Local saves use the app's private storage. Service providers use security measures described in their policies, including protected network connections where applicable. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, the responsible organization must use the safeguards required by applicable law. See each provider's policy for its locations, safeguards, and contact details.
Opening our website, a privacy link, or an advertisement takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. When you visit this policy page, its hosting service may process ordinary connection and security logs, such as an IP address and request time. This policy page does not add a contact form, advertising tags, or analytics trackers. Other pages on atomicitstudio.com may offer separate features, such as newsletter signup, that need their own notice.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when relevant practices change and identify the effective date of the new version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
